Obituary for Edward C. Powell

Edward Colin Powell was born to Jones Powell (deceased) and Marceline Powell on December 10, 1966.
Eddie, as he was affectionately called by his mother and "Edwardson and the brass circle" as he was so fondly called by his father, was the last child of the family. The Powell family lived in the village of Pointe Michel and later migrated to the Canefield community. All the time, Edward was only six years old. As a youngster he made friends within the community and was warmly known as "Durky". ( The Canefield folks would remember this as their code name).
