Valerie R. Goldsboro 52 of Norma went home to her resting place on Friday, May 23, 2014 surrounded by her family and friends. Valerie’s passing was unexpected and sudden. She will be dearly missed by all who have come into contact with her. To know Valerie was to Love Valerie. She had a spunky personality.
Born in Bridgeton, NJ she was the daughter of William (Billy) Goldsboro, Sr. and the late Dorothy Pierce Goldsboro.
Valerie ran her own cleaning service for many years, servicing newly constructed homes, businesses, and private homes. Valerie loved being in the great outdoors, whether it was in her yard with her animals, fishing, crabbing, boating, or creating many crafts including her well-loved photo collages.
In addition to her father, Valerie leaves to cherish her fond memories to her son; William Goldsboro III (Shannon), grandson; Michael, Fiancé; Greg Click, Siblings; Vincent Bright (Darlene), Peggy Robinson (Virgil), Annette Young (Daniel), Jeffrey Goldsboro (Millie), Michael Goldsboro (Anna), Joy Atkins (Robert), Jonathan Goldsboro and Rochele Manno (David); as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Valerie was predeceased by two brothers; Donald Bright and William Goldsboro Jr.
A viewing will be held Friday May 30, 2014 from 6pm to 8pm at the Edward and Sons Funeral Home 208 E. Commerce St. Bridgeton, NJ. Family and friends are also welcome to attend memorial services at the home of 111 Moods Road, Mullica Hill on Saturday, May 31 @ 1PM.
