Ronald (Ronn) Demetreus Pringle, son of the late James Pringle and Alberta Pringle was born November 23, 1956, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ronn peaceably departed this life on June 17, 2012 at Virtua Hospital in Marlton, New Jersey.
Ronn was educated in the Philadelphia School system and graduated from Simon Gratz High School in 1974 where he played and excelled as an esteemed football player. During his teen years he worked in the family business, “Sarge’s” corner store and sandwich shop.
Ronn attended Kutztown University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He worked at Lutheran Home of Topton while attending Kutztown. During his college years, he made many friendships that included a brotherhood of bonds that lasted a lifetime. While in college Ronn also met Cheryl’s cousin Sonia Duncan, who introduced Cheryl to Ronn.
Ronn fell in love with, and married Cheryl August 1990. This union was blessed with two gifts from God, Janaé Laelle and Ciane Agée. Ronn loved his girls more than life itself. They meant the world to him. Ronn knew the Lord and allowed the Holy Spirit to guide him while raising his daughters. They brought him so much joy and with his guidance the girls have developed into beautiful, intelligent young women.
Ronn began his sales career at Boise Cascade Paper Company in Delanco, NJ. While employed at Boise Cascade Corporation Ronn enjoyed small, fast, sports cars which seemed impractical given his size. Ron made great strides and soon moved on to the medical sales arena where he worked with various employers. Through the course of his professional career, Ronn very successfully marketed a host of products. His dynamic personality enabled him to establish many lasting professional connections. He was most recently employed by Universal Hospital Systems in Mount Laurel, NJ where he very much enjoyed his collegial work and the reciprocal bonds of friendship and professionalism. At Universal Hospital Systems he was blessed with an open, warm and supportive environment which enabled him to provide loving care to Cheryl and the girls during her illness.
Ronn leaves to cherish his memory a devoted, loving wife, Cheryl Pringle; two daughters, Janaé and Ciane Pringle; mother, Alberta Pringle; father and mother-in-law, Henry & Edna Gardener; sister, Anita Howard; brother in-law Henry Gardener (Edith); sister-in-law, Debra Foster; nieces, Starlene Pringle, D’Nita and Jasmine Howard; nephews Stephen Foster, Bryan Foster, Tré Gardener (Jesenia) and Kevin Pringle; great nieces, Chyna Foster, Jaylene Gardener & Shakira Pringle; a host of aunts, uncles, numerous cousins, relatives, professional colleagues, friends, and very special friends, Tyrone and Carolyn Burns, John & Beverly Scarbrough, Bob & Inez Penn, and Carol & Dudley Roberts.
Ronn may be gone from our lives here on Earth, but he will forever live in our hearts.
