Quendell Riley was born on May 21, 1975 to the late Eugene Dowe and Chermaine Watts. Raised in church, Que developed his personal relationship with God; he frequently visited New Bethel Ministries Inc. where he accepted the lord as his savior. Quendell leaves to treasure his life; his mother, his son, two daughters, his brothers and sisters, his grandson; his committed companion, two cousins, two god brothers, three god sisters, paternal grandmother, one great-great aunt and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends, and his outstanding friend.
