Donald Leroy Jones 52 of Bridgeton, departed this life Tuesday, March 11, 2014.

Born in Fairmont, West Virginia he has been an area resident for 46 years. He was the son of the late Donald Johnson and Alice Jones. He was the husband of Yvonne Smith Jones of Bridgeton, NJ.

Donald attended the Bridgeton Public Schools, and worked as a self employed carpenter for many years. Donald occasionally attended the COGIC in Fairton.

In addition to his loving wife of twenty years, he is survived by two sons; Donald Jr. and Davonte' both of Bridgeton, NJ, three daughters; Dashay Scafe of Blackwood, NJ, Nyasia Batie of Vineland, NJ, Doniqua Jones of Bridgeton, NJ, four brothers; Robert and Gary Jones, Samuel Burks, and Leonard Brown, four sisters; Royce, Anita, and Donita Jones, Lynette Brown, five grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
